The Oeno House (retail unit) fronts onto the Royal Exchange Alley, which is immediately North East of the Eastern entrance to the building between the two columns that form half of the central portico.
The proposed scheme for the retail unit is to carry out for a series of internal refurbishment and restoration to the facilities for a change of use to a superior champagne and wine house.
The refurbishment work is including retail spaces to the ground and mezzanine floors, a conference /meeting room on the first floor, the basement will be used as a back of house for wine storage, staff facilities and services room.
